90jle Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the 90jle platform and all services provided on it. By accessing our services through the 90jle website, mobile version, or any other channel, you are considered to have fully accepted all of the following terms.

These terms apply to users in Bangladesh and are governed by Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6). 90jle reserves the right to amend these terms at any time. Any amendments take effect as soon as they are published on the website.

If you disagree with any part of these terms, you are asked to stop using 90jle's services. Our services are provided solely for personal and entertainment purposes.

To use 90jle's services, you must meet the following eligibility conditions:

• You must operate the account in your own name and for your own benefit — not on behalf of a third party.
• It is entirely your responsibility to confirm whether online gaming or betting is legal in the area where you reside.

• You have not previously been subject to a permanent ban from 90jle.

3.1 Account Creation

To create an account on 90jle, you must provide accurate and up-to-date personal information. Each person may open only one account. Creating multiple accounts — under the same name, the same phone number, or from the same device — is against these terms and may result in all associated accounts being closed.

3.2 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login details completely confidential. You are responsible for all activity carried out from your account. If you suspect your account is being used without authorisation, notify our support team immediately.

3.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

90jle may request a National ID (NID), passport, or other official documents to verify a user's identity. This process is carried out to ensure secure transactions and prevent fraud. Failure to cooperate with identity verification may result in withdrawal requests being placed on hold.

4.1 Deposits

90jle currently accepts deposits through the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount across all methods is ৳200. Deposits must be sent only from an account or payment method owned by the user themselves.

4.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount across all methods is ৳1,000. 90jle typically processes withdrawal requests within 10 to 45 minutes. However, processing may be delayed if identity verification is required or unusual activity is detected.

Withdrawal requests must be made to the same payment method used for the original deposit, unless 90jle approves otherwise. Deposited funds cannot be withdrawn directly without placing bets.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. This means if you deposit ৳3,000, you will receive an additional ৳4,500 as a bonus.

5.2 Wagering Requirement

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 20x (twenty times). This means to withdraw funds from the bonus, you must wager the bonus amount 20 times. For example, for a ৳4,500 bonus you would need to place a total of ৳90,000 in bets.

5.3 Bonus Usage Terms

• Each user may claim the welcome bonus only once.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts.
• 90jle reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer.
• Abuse of the bonus system (such as claiming bonuses through multiple accounts, collusion, etc.) is a punishable offence.
• Promotional offers may be restricted to specific games or categories at 90jle's discretion.

90jle's VIP program has five tiers. Weekly cashback benefits are provided at each tier. Tiers are determined based on user activity:

• Bronze — up to 0.3% weekly cashback
• Silver — up to 0.6% weekly cashback
• Gold — up to 0.9% weekly cashback
• Platinum — up to 1.2% weekly cashback
• Diamond — up to 1.5% weekly cashback

Moving up VIP tiers depends on regular game participation, betting activity, and the overall history of your account. 90jle reserves the right to make the final decision on awarding VIP benefits.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 90jle. If any such activity is detected, the account will be closed immediately and the balance may be forfeited:

• Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses or other benefits.
• Collusion or match-fixed betting (placing bets on predetermined outcomes).
• Using software, bots, scripts, or automation to influence gameplay.
• Exploiting any technical flaw or bug in the platform to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using 90jle for money laundering or any illegal financial activity.
• Opening an account with false or fraudulent information.
• Operating an account on behalf of or for a minor.
• Attempting to breach the platform's security systems to gain unauthorised access.

8.1 Bet Confirmation

Once a bet has been finalised, it generally cannot be changed or cancelled. However, if a bet is processed incorrectly due to a technical error, 90jle will review the situation and take the necessary action.

8.2 Event Cancellation

If an event is cancelled or reaches an undecided outcome in cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC tournaments), football, or other sports, placed bets will be refunded. If a match is partially completed, settlement will follow the applicable rules for the relevant market.

8.3 Odds Changes

Payouts are determined by the odds at the time a bet is finalised. Any subsequent odds changes do not apply to bets already confirmed.
